I do not accept or process insurance claims, however, I do accept both health savings accounts (HSA cards) and flexible spending accounts (FSA cards) as a form of payment.

Which conditions require a higher level of care (urgent care or pediatric ER)?
• Fever lasting more than 5 days
• Severe asthma
• Dehydration requiring IV fluids
• Eye injuries
• Severe headaches
• Fainting/dizziness
• Severe stomach pains
• Inability to urinate
• Swallowed foreign bodies
• Possible broken bones (may require x-ray imaging)
• Complex skin lacerations (involving lips or young children that may need sedation)
• Head injuries with vomiting or loss of consciousness
What if my child needs a prescription medication?
Prescriptions can be electronically sent to your preferred pharmacy. Additionally, certain prescription medications are available on-site during the visit for your convenience.
Do you require children to be fully vaccinated to be your patients?
We welcome all families, including those who choose to deviate from the standard vaccination schedule. If you join our concierge membership, we will discuss the benefits and risks of each vaccine with you, allowing you to make informed decisions without judgment.
I'm not sure if my child needs a house call. Should I book a virtual consult first?
Yes, you should! During the virtual consultation, we can discuss your child's situation in detail. If it turns out that a house call is necessary, the virtual consult fee will be waived.
What is the maximum age you will see?
Age 20, but some exceptions can be made for older college students who do not yet have an adult physician.
